The Principal is responsible for managing the daily operations of the college as well as supervising services for both departments and students. The Principal manages departments, resources, administrative staff and other college resources. The principal develops and implements departments development programmes. The principal also develops and implements academic enhancement programmes for students.

Madam Aisha Sena-Iddrisu is the second principal of the college. She holds a Master of nursing degree from university of cape coast, a Master of Science in Organizational Development from College of Community and Organizational Development, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Ghana,a Diploma in education from the University of Winneba, certificate of Leadership and Management in health from University of Washington and she is a registered professional nurse. She has been a health tutor for over eleven years and has served in the capacity as a program head for RGN and a Vice principal. Her firmness on matters relating to discipline of both staff and students and her passion for academic excellence are well acknowledged by all. She is married with four children.
